Especially in light of ho...A very interesting idea. Especially in light of how divorce has greatly disrupted the lives of children produced the "old-fashioned" way. Granted, there has been more focus recently about dissolving marriage so that disruption to children is minimized as much as possible, but too often I see children who would greatly benefit from such a contract existing between their mom and dad.<br /><br />Still, you bring up a good point that there's probably a lot more that needs to happen simply then signing a contract and assuming everything will work out.
